Jeff McDonough serves as President of 奇米影视 Residential Group, the company鈥檚 residential development and investment services division where he oversees the 奇米影视鈥� multifamily development platform throughout Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the division, including new project identification and evaluation, along with project conceptualization, capitalization and execution.

Since joining 奇米影视 in 2005, Mr. McDonough鈥檚 responsibilities have included project planning, due diligence and feasibility analysis, design, governmental approvals, hiring/administering the general contractor, and coordinating the financing, leasing, and sale teams on each project. In 2012, he was recognized as the Young Leader of the Year by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) SE Florida/Caribbean District Council.

Mr. McDonough holds a Master in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Richmond, Va., where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), LEED Accredited Professional and chairman of the ULI SE Florida Multifamily Development Roundtable group. He also previously served on the City of Boca Raton鈥檚 Zoning Board of Adjustment for a term of eight years and the ULI SE Florida District Council鈥檚 Advisory Board.
